​Under Australian Law, you must be over 18 years of age to order and receive wine from Vine Management Pty Ltd. It is an offence to sell, supply or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are providing verifiable proof you are of legal drinking age in Australia. Vine Management Pty Ltd reserve the right to request proof of age identification prior to and/or upon delivery of your order.

‍Purchasing & Payment
‍When placing an order on our website, we record sufficient personal details to ensure we send goods to the correct address. We do not record credit card or other payment information on this website. When you purchase goods at www.dreamstonewines.com.au your payment details are processed securely by our secure payment gateway which has the highest possible level of certificate and Secure Socket Layer security.​
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

‍Product Availability We make every effort to ensure availability of all products shown on this site, however there may be times where items are unavailable. If a purchase of an unavailable item is made, the purchaser will be offered the choice of a full refund, or a choice of another product.

‍Refunds & Returns
‍We do not exchange or refund for change of mind or incorrect products ordered and all purchases are final.​If your product was damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent at no additional cost.​If we supply an incorrect product please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. If the product is unopened and intact, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.

​Delivery
‍Free shipping is available for deliveries in Australia.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within five business days. ​
Orders will need to be signed for upon delivery. In the instance there is no one is available to accept the delivery, it will be taken to your nearest post depot for collection. ​For international orders please contact us to arrange a suitable delivery method.
Please note that international orders may incur additional fees and taxes relevant to each country that will be payable by the recipient.
